New Client Announcement: Strategic Advisor & Leadership Coach, Quill.org

P16 Partners is delighted to announce that Aditi Goel will be working with Quill.org. Quill provides free literacy activities that build reading comprehension, writing and language skills for elementary, middle and high school students. In this project, Aditi will serve as a strategic advisor and leadership coach.

New Client Announcement: Board Retreat Facilitator, uAspire

P16 Partners is excited to share that Aditi Goel was selected to facilitate the uAspire annual in-person Board retreat. This March 2025 full-day retreat in Boston, MA will bring together Board Members and Leadership Team staff to dive into program model and strategy, build the capacity of the Board, and strengthen working relationships to best position the organization moving forward.

In this capacity, Aditi will work with uAspire CEO, leadership team, and board chair to design an agenda that is responsive to internal needs, build a day that maximizes this group being together in-person, and utilize nonprofit best practices and evidence-based frameworks as she facilitates the retreat.

Continuing Client Announcement: Strategic Advisor, Wildflower Schools

P16 Partners is happy to share that Aditi Goel will be continue to work with Wildflower Schools. Wildflower is a network of 60+ neighborhood-led Montessori microschools. In this client engagement, Aditi will serve as an advisor and bridge between stakeholders, partners and funders to help guide future strategic planning.

Continuing Client Announcement: Network Designer + Facilitator for the Thrive Leaders Network

P16 Partners is excited to share that Aditi Goel, in partnership with The Kresge Foundation and The Gates Foundation, will continue to lead the network facilitation for the Thrive Leaders Network. In this third year, Aditi continues to design a collective that brings together 60+ national CEOs and Executive Directors for shared learning, executive coaching, in-person gatherings and more. The goal is to create a thriving peer network that helps sustain nonprofit leaders in their leadership and wellness, while also helping the philanthropic sector better understand the types of supports, systems, and resources that help sustain sector leadership.

Continuing Client Announcement: Facilitator, National Women’s Law Center Annual State Child Care Advocates’ Convening

P16 Partners is thrilled to announce that, for the third year in a row, Aditi Goel will be working with The National Women’s Law Center. The NWLC fights for gender justice – in the courts, in public policy, and in our society – working across the issues that are central to the lives of women and girls. The Child Care and Early Learning team is a leader on federal and state policy changes to increase access to high-quality child care and improve child care workers’ compensation.

The December 2024 meeting is an invitation-only gathering of national, state, and grassroots advocates to strategize collectively about how to build on successful campaigns and policy changes to shape a comprehensive system that offers equitable access to high-quality, affordable child care and early learning. In this client engagement, Aditi will support the development of the agenda, be a thought partner to the planning team and facilitate the 2-day gathering in a way that prioritizes inclusion, trust, respectful candor, strategic dialogue, future-facing action planning, and connections between state leaders.
